Fees


Our fees are set in accordance with typical fees for similar dental procedures in the local area. We appreciate and encourage payment for all services at the time of your visit. Payment may be rendered by cash, personal check, VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. Care Credit is also accepted. There will be a service charge for any check returned from the bank.

Insurance


We accept most dental insurances, and we will happily submit your dental insurance for you. Please bring your insurance information with you to your first visit in addition to your driver's license. Our office will prepare an itemized statement at the time of service and submit the charges to your insurance program. However, we do consider the patient primarily responsible for payment of the account. Please be prepared to pay any balance not covered by your insurance plan.

Appointment


Dental appointments can be made by calling the office during normal office hours.


If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify us in advance (preferably 24 hours when possible). This will provide the opportunity for another patient in need of care to be seen. Failure to cancel an appointment may necessitate our charging for the failed appointment.
