Market Street Dental, P.C. is a female-owned dental practice in East York, PA run by Dr. Jacqueline A. Marcin, DMD, for over 23 years. Dr. Marcin recieved a Doctorate of Dental Medicine, or DMD, Summa Cum Laude from the prestigious Temple University Dental School in 1987. She completed a General Practice Residency in Dentistry as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force out of Langley Air Force Base, Hampton, Virginia in 1988. In 1982, Dr. Marcin received her undergraduate degree Summa Cum Laude in Dental Hygiene at Thomas Jefferson University, as well as a Certificate in Dental Hygiene from the University of Pennsylvania in 1980, both located in Philadelphia.

Dr. Jacqueline Marcin was born in Tamaqua, PA, and graduated from Marian Catholic High School as valedictorian in 1978. She has practiced general dentistry as a sole proprietor in and around East York, PA since 1994. Recently, she incorporated her dental practice as Market Street Dental, PC. She is a proud member of a number of organizations, including the Pennsylvania Dental Society, the York County Dental Society, the American Association of University Women, the American Dental Association and the Catholic Women's Club of York. Dr. Marcin is on staff at Wellspan York Hospital and also serves on the Occupational Advisory Committee for York County School of Technology. In order to keep current with the latest techniques and information in the field of dentistry, Dr. Marcin is very active in continuing education programs for dentistry.

Dr. Marcin has been recognized with numerous honors and awards for her work as a family dentist. She has been nominated by her peers as the Top Dentist within South Central Pennsylvania many consecutive years.

Dr. Jackie's interests outside of her work include playing guitar, kayaking, tennis, fishing, golf, hiking, gardening, yoga, mountain biking and loving animals.
